Unified Government Issues more Debt, un-needed and un-wanted Wizards Stadium will cost taxpayers $27,000 per seat?

Wizard Scam Taxpayers to pay more than $400 million for Bonds at a loan rate of 6% annual? Look at this add, Refi Rate for you ,you and I can get 3.4% rate.

Our City should get a Municipal rate of under 2% annual but have to pay 6%? The City makes you believe they saved you $16 Million by getting a 6% from 10% annual, when really they cost the taxpayers $16 Million for a 6% rate instead of a normal City rate of 2%. The City has ruined their credit and high fees to borrow follow. My question is this if the Wizards are so great why do they need taxpayer money to start their own business. This goes for all Village West!

Mayor Joe Reardon announced through his puppet PR men that the UG will give away more than $400 million in taxpayer money for the Wizards Stadium and also pay the interest on the debt. Celebrating for the fifth time in 6 months that the UG is issuing more debt, the mayor was so exhausted that he decided to take his family to Hawaii. Just pick up the phone and call his good buddy and bond salesman and off they go on another trip to an expensive vacation island taxpayer paid.

PRT Scam Above Ground Mono-rail system of transportation just for (Where Else) Village West.

This transportation system will cost TAXPAYERS about $200 Million but then something will happen and the cost will escalate with hidden costs to $300 or $400 Million. What ever happened to a business spending their own money starting up a business like all other businesses that have been in KCK for some 50 plus years, no body gave them a dime to start or keep their businesses.

If this PRT is the perfect thing/money maker for Village West let them put up all the funds for this convenience. They won't and here is why? The estimated yearly operation cost for this tram is $16.9 Million. The cost for a ride is $0.50 (50 cents each) to break even 33.8 Million rides are needed yearly, 3 Million a month, 65,000 a week, 10,000 a day.

Look you City Management Idiots -- Village West is a failure, it was built as a maze and in the wrong location. Village West benefits only the West and the rest of our City is tired of giving our tax dollars for your benefit solely and only.
