Thursday April 29th, 2010 -- Red Development met with the City at City Hall in the Public Conference Commissioners 1st Floor hall but refused the public from attending?
The Meeting later disclosed that Red Wanted financial favors from the City and Dennis & Denise Hays. The Public outcry was -- "When will Red pay it's delinquent tax of some $ 50 Million due?" The Tax Roles for Red Development estimates the property value to be $ 100 Million.

Here we have a Development Company that received around $ 800 Million in Star Bonds funded by the public/taxpayers and now they won't pay taxes on free money or hire Local Unions. Red Development needs to be ran out of town along with the City Bondsman Rick Worner who funded the start of Red Development.
Why did KCK City Bondsman Rick Worner fund Red? Worner gets +/- 14% of every financial bond written on all Red Projects around town. KCK alone made him $112 Million for Village West alone.

People the City takes from us and gives it to Red and Worner and We the People get nothing, no jobs, no tax, no respect we get to pay the bond loans off.

Enough is Enough Fight Corruption and Political Greed.

Rotten Politics supports Unions and Fair Development.
(If a Development Company wants to build projects they should hire local unions and use their own $$Money, they get profits.)
