"We the People" Get to pay for more developments with TIF's and more sales tax while the City screws current businesses, which have been there in service for the people of Rosedale. Why is that the City never wants to help current businesses that have been with this City and the People for years and years. This City will give developers $ Millions and Millions to condemn and destroy neighborhoods and local business and never even think about giving current business a dime to improve their stake in the same community. New Businesses in Wyandotte County allow Developments free access and NO taxes with cut-rate utilities and NO risk. If the business fails, who cares, taxpayers eat the losses. Example Village West, Schlitterbahn, Indian Springs!
