The Continued Battle of Village West & Political Corruption!

For Years we have informed voters and civic minded citizens of the facts concering corruption and high taxes in Wyandotte County. Many people have paid attention and signed the grand jury petitions that are designed to stop governmental corruption and save taxpayers money.

The NASCAR & Village West developments are directed by Rick Worner (City Star Bond Writer wrote all the bonds) and Gary Grable (Banker & owned most the West Land) who circulates money back to politicians that he controls.

Grable controlled the Fair Grounds that was sold for $1.00 to Worner for Schlitterbahn and now makes western Wyandotte County look like a shelled out bombing field in Afghanastan. Taxpayers are on the hook for millions because Gary Grable wanted to help his millionaire friends become billionaires. He succeeded and you lost the value of your homes.

Grable also controls the Chamber of Commerce (Cindy Cash & Staff.) & KCKCC thru his Puppets on the College Trustee Board and the Executives. (Tom Burke (President) (Brian Bode (Financial Officer) -See Trustee Puppet List (Ray Daniels, JD Rios (Both Destroyed District 500 schools & now on KCKCC?) Don Ash (Sheriff of WYCO in a conflicting role & director of Police Academy lease from KCKCC for $25,000 a month for a building owned by past KCKCC Trustee Bud Roberts for a very small facility?) Clyde Townsend (X-Felon for Financial Racketeering - giving and taking political bribes.) Wendell Maddox (Puppet supreme - Attendance problems but votes as told by Grable and Townsend?) Mary Ann Flunder (Needs the $$ Money & Does as told.) Cathy Breidenthal (Name only nice lady with no clue of financial corruption contained.)

All the above voted to buy the Old Wal-Mart as directed by Gary Grable and Rick Worner. People there are six (6) people who control and or destroy this town. By putting these people in jail you cut the strings to the Puppets and control of your City returns to the honest hard working tax and ratepayers who have financed this City and to whom the City belongs. KCKCC Buys-out old Wal-Mart & $15 Million for Street & Sidewalks at new locations?

Villains in order:

#1 Rick Worner (City Bondsmen who is paid to write bonds and get 14% on all bonds written. The City is $ 3 Billion in Bond debt times 14% = $420 Million received in just debt due and he writes re-finance bonds monthly for the City to make payroll and run the City that adds another $100 Million yearly and Worner was hired by late Mayor Jack Reardon 35 years ago.) (Worner contributes to all political campaigns to control votes that he gets as favors for the money given to each candidate.)

#2 Gary Grable (Banker & Political manipulator partnered with Rick Worner.) (Grable controls KCKCC, School Districts, the EOF (Economic Opportunity Foundation.) He also controls the WYCO Fair Board, Agricultural Board and the Chamber of Commerce and many other boards that make financial decisions that effect tax and ratepayers.) (Grable has manipulated the City Council thru City Attorney Hal Walker for 30 years, Mayor Marinovich, Cindy Cash, City Administrator Dennis Hays, City Council leader Bill Miller and past assistant City Administrator and now City Council John Mendez.)

#3 City Attorney Hal Walker (The puss under the scab of the wounds that have been afflicted to the tax and ratepayers. Walker is the hidden force behind City and BPU scandals for years, he hides in the shadows as the coward he is, a fat little afraid punk who orchestrated disaster and corruption thru others.) (Walker is protected by District Attorney Jerry Gorman who allowed Hal Walker to run opposition and to destroy the investigations needed and wanted by the people who signed the petitions for the last 2 Grand Jury Investigation. Why? Gorman and Walker are to be investigated by the Grand Jury for complete corruption and financial matters. These two Walker and Gorman are using $ Hundreds of Thousands of Public funds to derail Grand Jury Investigation that the Public wants and signed petitions to have?)

#4 Jerry Gorman (DA of WYCO because he is arrogant and stupid and because he is going against the will of the people and spending public funds to corrupt the jobs duties he Gorman was elected and is paid to do.) (Basically he just slapped the taxpayers in the face to save his own and friends political ass.)

#5 Dennis Hays (City Administrator and full fledged Puppet to Rick Worner. (Hays control’s the purse strings of all the money that is paid by us the tax and ratepayers of this City and with that come Power, Corruption and Greed that he uses solely for corruption and against the People. In times of crises Hays has proved the first cuts of financial magnitude are to services to the people who finance the full system. The public who finances all finances to the City and the sole support of the City thru taxes are the first to sacrifice. Punish the person who pays your salary or shoot your parents, destroy the land that feed you or kill the cow that gives you milk? Then they furlough the workers who perform the services to the people, wage and hire freeze the public safety establishment who supply safety to and for the people who finance the whole City. Hays while punishing the public who pays for everything, including his own exaggerated salary, also punishes the employees, the Police and Firemen but gives himself and wife a raise and rewards other City Executives as Walker and Gorman etc. Hays not once thinks about cutting Executives salaries who the top 100 get $100 Million in yearly salary while the bottom 800 get $10 Million? Hays is about him, he, his friends, corruption, greed, power and screw the people.)

#6 City Council all members, All City Boards, KCKCC, School Districts. We the People need to investigate any entity that collects taxes or spends taxes generated by the tax and ratepayers of Wyandotte County. This is our money earned by sweat and tears and this money must be used to benefit the public. If we who paid all the money in to the City don't get the benefit from our money, WHY pay the money in? It is our money not their money these power hungry, greedy, corrupt people work for you.) You don't work for them!
