The Government vs. "We The People"
Last month I posted up the facts of unpaid taxes due
by Village West and the RED Development. Taxes due on 4-5-2010 were for 2007
-- 2008 -- and 2009 to the sum of almost $ 4 million. This information came
after RED announcing that Village West is to become an Outlet Mall?

RED came to the City and wanted a meeting to clear
up the taxes and on April 29th, 2010 there were two meeting held at City hall.
Representatives of Rotten Politics came to attend these meeting and were denied
access to public meeting. These actions of refusal by WYCO are a violation of
Kansas KOMA and /or KORA and were reported to Attorney General Steven Six, who
reported the violations to District Attorney Jerry Gorman. Letter
from Six to Gorman Gorman sent the letter and complaint on to Rotten Politics/TJ
Reardon. TJ Reardon then replied to Gorman as requested, we will see if anything
gets done about these violations of RED business and delinquent taxes being
paid or forgiven to or by the City? If forgiven as I expect the taxpayers pay
this short fall and RED is rewarded?

Fellow Taxpayers of WYCO, everyday this City expects us to be stupid and not care about the inner working of Government. These corrupt people cheat and scam the public to benifit themselves for their greedy means, we the people pay for this and all scams performed in WYCO.
Village West, NASCAR, Schlitterbahn, Cerner/Wizards and the new casino are scabs on your checkbook never to heal! Wake up Voters!!!!!
